What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a talented and data-driven marketer that will help us execute on our various growth strategies. As performance marketing is an integral part of our growth strategy at Aviron, you are well versed in the fundamentals of performance marketing and understand the advertising landscape. Most importantly, you are resourceful and have a bias for action to execute on a plan with minimal guidance.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, data proficiency, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact.
This role will have the autonomy to test new ideas (as long as there is data to justify it), generous learning benefits, and the opportunity to impact the growth of an early stage startup.
