We’re looking for a talented and data-driven marketer that will help us execute on our various growth strategies. As performance marketing is an integral part of our growth strategy at Aviron, you are well versed in the fundamentals of performance marketing and understand the advertising landscape. Most importantly, you are resourceful and have a bias for action to execute on a plan with minimal guidance.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, data proficiency, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Be a hands-on contributor. You're comfortable writing creative briefs, setting up campaigns, running data analysis, and diving into the details of campaigns.
  • Execute a plan. Whether it’s a new channel to unlock additional scale, or an A/B test on the website, you will coordinate and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate. You’ll be coordinating the development, testing, and implementation of marketing assets with external vendors.
  • Experiment. You’ll help run tests across various areas of the business and follow up with results, learnings, and next steps.

Qualifications & Skills

You need:

  • 2+ years of experience working on a performance or product marketing team
  • Experience working in major channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google

You are/have:

  • A strong understanding of foundational marketing principles and can translate those across multiple mediums
  • You're resourceful and self-motivated with a bias for action
  • Experience running tests and experiments
  • Data driven and have an analytical mindset. Your decisions are based on data, not assumptions
  • Flexible. With your work schedule and in general
  • You can work at a quick pace with autonomy and flexibility
